Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location is not ideal, being on a busy section of road and close to the railway line. Despite this, the friendly service and delicious breakfast options make the stay worthwhile. The scenic old town views from the spacious room were magnificent, but the room felt cold and triggered allergies.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although lacking the jacuzzi tub as advertised, were spacious and lovely with a nice view from the 10th floor facing the Main Street. The installations were comfortable, including a lovely bathtub which was a nice treat. The service was very courteous and friendly, and the rates were very affordable; however, English was limited. The location is a bit of a downside, being far from anything with safety concerns at night and situated on a busy section of road and near the railway line. The dining experience was disappointing, with light breakfast options that need improvement. Overall, the facilities were decent but not exceptional.
The hotel offered big, clean, and comfortable rooms with a bathroom up to Western standards, though it was freezing until a portable heater was provided. The service was of great help, especially with tour arrangements, but it was slow, taking 25 minutes to get a drink. The location, although somewhat far from the city center and next to a train railroad, was perfect for a few days' stay in Cusco. The dining experience in the 12th-floor restaurant was surprisingly good. The facilities provided were below average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, though spacious and equipped with a shower and jacuzzi, were just average. The service was friendly and competent, but not overly helpful. The location, while not ideal for walking at night, was well-connected for tours. The dining experience was enjoyable with panoramic views, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice and clean, especially for Peru. They were big, clean, and comfortable, equipped with a bathroom totally up to 'western standards'. The service, overall, was great, except for some unpleasant encounters. The location was ideal for my early flight the next morning. The dining experience had its highs and lows, and the facilities met my expectations.
